Hi guys, I'm new to the area and launched some bootcamps/ outdoor circuits using loads of different kit like power bags, battleropes, tyre flips aswell as bodyweight exercises and sprints etc etc at Victoria park in Malvern, doing 10:00am (NOT 10:30) Mondays and Wednesdays aimed mainly towards 'mummies' like a social thing, and also Tuesday and Thursday evening 7:30-8:30pm in Malvern for everyone! age will be 16+ for insurance reasons, £4 each a session, ***BOOTCAMP NOW IN WORCESTER AS REQUESTED MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY 12 MIDDAY***( saint John's area, back of costcutter on the field of pen hill crescent) I'm a qualified and fully insured personal trainer, please let me know thoughts and interest by message or comment, Thankyou
