  Does anyone know of a local heating oil company that will let me pay monthly without having paid into their usual savings plan? I have no heating or hot water but high rent means I can't afford to pay up front for the oil. Most companies have a plan that means you pay monthly then when you have enough in your account you can order your oil. I was promised the oil by a friend but been let down, now me and my son are freezing :(
