Can anyone tell me how much Gallos charges to butcher and wrap? Any where else recommended?

Cornetts custom meats is the only way to go :) they travel and slaughter on site. The cost for a beef is $85.00 for the slaughter fee and .55 cents per pound (on the hanging weight.) Pigs are $65.00 for the slaughter fee and.55 cents per pound (the hanging weight) for cutting and wrapping, $1.00 per pound for your smoked meats (I.e your hams and bacons ect.)
