  Elizabeth writes: has anyone been to akridge & akridge chiropractic in bellevue? i am 33 weeks pregnant with a baby that is currently head down and am not in any pain. i met with one of the drs. akridge and am wondering if it would be beneficial for me to get chiropractic care even though i don't have any issues. my insurance wouldn't cover it. should i go ahead and do it anyway? also, should i see someone who specializes in or has a ton of experience treating pregnant women? this would be my first time seeing a chiropractor, and i'm kind of nervous about it. thanks!

  I see Amanda Britten at Pathways Family Chiropractic, who's website Jenn linked to above. She took excellent care of me during my last pregnancy and adjusts all three of my children regularly (ages 3 mo-4 yrs). Her office has a very open layout and there's a great little play area right next to her table. She's great with my kids and they love going to see her, get their own adjustments and play with her fun toys while I get adjusted.
