  http://www.petesebikes.com I have an 'Emotion' electric assist. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. They were great. Main store is in Boulder Co BUT owner is former Canuck. They will accommodate you. Outlets in Canada. I researched the hell out of this and they are the BEST hands down. Not cheap but really - the best.
