  As most of our members know we had a terrible situation where we saved 11 cats from an abandoned apartment. We have tracked another 11, yes 11 cats that also came from this address for a total of 22 cats and kittens. We believe cats were move as well. Some are very ill such as Garfield. I thought this would be a good time to post the laws in Ontario as of 2015 and information on how to turn people who do this in to authorities.
