I believe ADD/ADHD is highly over diagnosed so I want to take her somewhere I can trust their opinion.   This isn't exactly what you asked but my cousin just went through a simular situation with her 5 yo son and had him tested and all that and basically came to the conclusion that he is really smart and bored is his class. She also started giving him a magnesium supplement( http://www.calmnatural.com/kids-calm-multi/) And said it has helped. Just thought I would throw that out there.
