My landlord is needing an estimate before proceeding because she says if it costs too much they will do it themselves. Either way I need my bathroom functioning ASAP.   ISO a good plumber. My kitchen sink and laundry pipe won't drain. My landlord can't get a plumber to call him back. He thinks it might be a dry sump? Or something like that and the plumbing may need to be redone under the house. If you know of a plumber who does this kind of work and will call him back I'd really appreciate it. Thank you
