  ISO licensed general contractor (commercial). Who is experienced and have references. Who has great integrity and is honest. Location of work will most likely be in Grapevine area. I would prefer someone who has had experiences with contractors to comment rather than actual contractors to post for themselves. That way I know they're suggested by others. TIA.
