  I'm not 100% sure but I think Theocus Furniture at mitton garage might do upholstery. Their website is TheocusFurniture.Com it doesn't specify upholstery but it says they're an independent business and not just limited to what's in store or online, so might be worth asking as if they don't do it themselves, they may be able to point you in the right direction
