  Birth to 5 helpline is the best place to start as they can likely refer you to some free resources. Also Google First Things First as their site may have some links. Finally, if you don't find what you're looking for there, contact me for a free initial consultation. I can give you a few pointers right off the bat but if we meet and I observe you and your child there is a small additional fee.
