I recommend: http://www.facebook.com/TheOneEarthShop - even though they're off the High St, and may not stock it, they are always open to discussing special orders (two weeks notice advised).

  Connor, it sounds like you've never visited The One Earth Shop. All vegan, voted best shop for vegans in the UK in 2008, they sell Engevita yeast flakes (no B12 yet, sorry) - they're in the Friends of the Earth Warehouse on Allison St under Moor St station.
