  Judging by the cans on my street and around my neighborhood, I think Deffenbaugh might be your only other option. I can't really say that I recommend them after using them in the past, but obviously Gardner Disposal isn't earning your trust either at the moment. You might try contacting them through their website http://www.gardnerdisposalservice.com/ where they have a submission form, and be sure to mention that your calls have gone unanswered so they know to improve this area of customer service. If you feel like giving them one more chance, that is.
