  Flight Centre in Shanghai is good. English speaking agents, comparable prices to ctrip. Can do bank deposit or wechat wallet to pay. flightcentre.com.cn i think is their website

  Try TravelRepublic.com & check prices against travelsupermarket.com Expedia.com lastminute.com or flightcentre.com Once got an airline, try their own sites. Someone somewhere will do it cheaper....... Sometimes!!! 😎
