  Is anyone aware of a reputable emergency service roofing company that would come out today? We've got water streaming down an inside second floor wall joist and soaking carpet and has started soaking into the ceiling of the floor below. Everyone is saying it's a possible ice dam, but we don't know how to combat. Do not have access to roof from inside home or ladder tall enough to reach the roof. Any ideas?
