  Not sure if near Monarch Park is too far for you (close to Coxwell and Danforth) but I strongly recommend Fit Factory Fitness. Check out their site at www.fitfactoryfitness.com They offer a $30 introductory rate for a month and you can go to as many classes as you want. The main trainer, Sgt Tony A has been featured on many TV shows because of his army-style approach.
