  We have recently moved into a house in the country and have a well for water. In a short period of time I've noticed how quickly the toilets/tubs turn orangey in colour. ( high in iron?) We have also noticed a big difference in our hair texture. I am wondering if people have recommendations on products to help deal with this ? Hair products? Cleaning products?   Our water softener is broken and will need replaced. We would like to shop around to get the best unit for our home but I'd like to know if we should avoid a particular company due to price or service. Which of the local water purification/softener companies would people recommend?

  Water specialists ...call Rod 519-940-2708... We had a 2 people look at our softner said it's no good need a new one wanted $1500++ ... Rod came in fixed it for us... Paid for service call and parts!That was 4 years ago . We did buy our reverse osmoss system ... Best thing ever no more water jugs! :)
