  I forgot her name, but I remember a woman at Lucky Charm Salon in Miami Gardens who worked with locs (and she had locs herself). I use to see her when I had relaxed hair a few years ago. I'm not sure if she's still there or how much she charges. The number to the salon is 305-620-7008.
