  Has anyone ever paid for mold remediation in a residence before? I'm wondering how much this could potentially cost. It's not for my house here, but another property I own, out of state. Buyers are asking for mold inspection and remediation (if necessary) on a garage window that has had a water intrusion problem for only a couple of months. Ideas on cost?
