  When this guy gets his food truck ready (hopefully soon), you have to try Thunderbird Wings and Thighs. The thighs are the best chicken I have ever had. Cooked for hours over pecan wood. He'll be parking in front of Craft Brewed near M.L Rose (good burger joint). Trust me on this one. http://www.thunderbirdwings.com/
