  You can join pantravelers as others have mentioned but I thought they did more contract issues if I remember right. I could be wrong. The name of the board nurse lawyer at the travelers conference her name is Tracy Singh. Her website is tlsinghlaw.com. I don't know that she practices in texas but I bet she could find one in texas for you.
