I was doing some yard clean-up when I discovered the issue of soft ground & root exposure! problem is that I don't know if they are actually on my property or if the area is outside the easement.   Kt Bigelow is the only one I would trust for this. http://katybigelow.com My understanding is that she is the only Certified Tree Risk Assesor in this area and is a leader in the discipline. We live in Kingston (near Port Gamble). She has walked our property and assesed every, single tree. It gave us peace of mind. For any work that needs to be done after her assesment I would contact Matt Sherman - Arbor Dynamics or Megan Stoll.- Timberline.
