  Can someone recommend a good AC company that will come out and give a free estimate. We rent and since we moved in July we have had consistent AC problems. The landlords send a guy out (begrudgingly) and they "fix it" but within a few weeks it starts freezing again. 2 weeks ago they sent guy out again and said when it freezes to change filter. That was 2 weeks ago. It started freezing Monday. Changed filter last night, woke up to it frozen again. I'd like to have someone NOT connected to them tell us what the REAL problem is.
