  Gazebo Gardens is probably the best in Fresno if you are looking for a good selection of harder to find outdoor plants. If you are looking for native plants take a drive up to Prather and check out Intermountain Nursery. There is also a mail order nursery in Dunlap called Mountain Valley Growers. They used to have displays of their products in garden centers, but I haven't seen their displays for a while. I used to order a lot of their herbs and perennials when I worked at Gazebo Gardens and Orchard Supply Hardware in the 90 s. You can call or email them and ask if their plants are in any garden centers around Fresno or maybe just mail order them. https://www.mountainvalleygrowers.com/
