  By the way I have just read some comments! Food Truck are not like in the past this a Tendance coming directly from US and Europe where some good Restaurant chef even Michelin Stars are fed up to make regular "cuisine" in a regular restaurant and they decide to sale "really good food" in a Truck. In NY or Paris it is sometime even not cheap at all but always with good Quality.
