I will already have paint and wallpaper, they must provide tools and protective sheets etc. I only want reputable tradesman and proof of previous work and testimonials if possible. If they do a good job I want my whole house redecorating over the course of this year, so there is a fair bit of work for the right tradesman. Can you you please comment with rough pricing and time scales.
