  Need advice my laptop stopped charging . So I charged batt in sons laptop as his is same and we swapped batts his then stopped charging . I got dc jacks for them from Amazon said they were compatible . Replaced both . Still doesn't work . Could it be poss that both batteries are now totally effed . Anyone know a reputable laptop repair guy apart from pcworld etc who charge the earth . And or someone who could tests dc jacks work and batteries . Thanks it's Toshiba satellite c850d
