  Im looking for a health insurance broker who can help me. Ive always had BCBS and liked it. Now I have their HMO and can't afford any of my medicine. I want aetna, cigna or humana but when I go on their website they say they don't offer plans in Illinois which I know they do. I need insurance that allows me to go to Delnor Hospital and has better prescription coverage. Right now my BCBS monthly premium with dental is $300 and they are telling me monthly my medicine will be around $300 (yes those are generics too). I already spent 4 hours on the phone with BCBS yesterday so if there is a insurance broker out there who can help I would appreciate it. Thanks.

  Does anyone know of a good health care insurance broker in Geneva who handles health care insurance for families? I am so outraged! I just received my new premium for our family. We were paying 5300 bimonthly for our FAMILY insurance. This includes 190 for dental as well. I thought this was crazy. Then I received our wonderful letter from Blue Cross Blue Shield regarding our new rates.......it is now 7500 bimonthly. The dental portion did not go up! This is absurd! I can not believe that living in the United States and this is happening to people who are self employed!

  Here's a great insurance broker: http://www.thorntonpowell.com/ They're not in Geneva, but great customer service over the phone. We've used them for decades for car and homeowner's insurance, and they also do health.
