  Deborah F. Novak 2380 Hickswood Road High Point (336)884-4001. Going through second child with braces through her and she is great. You have a 3 year contract and the cost is based on the need of your child. If you have State Employee insurance the only cover $1000.00 of the cost but she gives like a 1600.00 discount for the insurance. Our final cost was only $4870.00. Of which you pay in payments for 18 months. This covered the braces, appointments, retainers, and Invisalign's after the retainers for another year to make sure the teeth were set in place for my first child. Every case is different so the cost may be different for you.
