I'm looking for someone to replace this gate and panel. The gate may need to be made to measure and the gate post on the far right may need to be reset. I'd like to get two or three quotes and any personal recommendations greatly appreciated. Cheers.

http://www.sdbfencing.co.uk/ - I highly recommend Stuart. He did the same for me.
I can put this off no longer. I need a personal trainer who is good with very unfit people and doesn't cost the earth. If such a person exists please could I have your recommendations? Want to get cracking in the next couple of weeks. TIA

Alice, if you fancy trying running out club caters for all abilities including complete beginners and we are running a programme specifically for beginners at the moment which you'd be welcome to come along to. www.crystalpalacefunrunners.co.uk no obligation to join until you've tried us a few times :-)
Right I need to do some exercise, it's getting serious now. Can anyone suggest a fun class that works that doesn't cost £9/10 a class like Yoga please? I can't afford all these ridiculous prices that some places charge (which is probably why I'm fat!) but some ideas would be very welcome. I used to do Zumba but the lady I did it with only does Saturdays now which are no good for me :(

Liz, come along and join Crystal Palace Fun Runners! Don't wait till you've done 'couch to 5 k' just turn up and run with us (its starting to sound like a cult now haha!)... we have an easy-pace group that caters to total beginners on Monday nights, meet at 7.25 in CP park: http://crystalpalacefunrunners.co.uk You can run with us a couple of times for free to see if it suits you. After that it's only £25 per year!
Crystal Palacians that run: Where is the best running shop in the area? I need to get some new running shoes fitted and I want to go somewhere that'll be able to give me good advice.
Helen F. replied:
I can also recommend the local running club, Crystal Palace Fun Runners http://crystalpalacefunrunners.co.uk/ if you don't want to run alone. All standards of runners welcome on a Monday evening.
Stuart B. replied:
Third that for Crystal Palace Fun Runners. As Helen said, if you don't like running alone in the dark, why not join a club that runs in groups and sticks together, very friendly too and you will meet lots of new people.http://crystalpalacefunrunners.co.uk/ As for the running shop, the one in Clockhouse near Beckenham is the nearest, just follow Penge High Street on the way to Beckenham and you will find it.
I need a new fence fitting. And recommendations of any trusted fencers?
Ellinor M. replied:
Stuart Barrell - also does lots of other CP things, like the local running club, moderates on local forums, drinks the occasional beer with local reprobates..... http://www.sdbfencing.co.uk/
Hello. Can anyone recommend someone who can repair/replace fencing? I am sure I saw a recommendation before. Annoyingly, someone came and measured up for the work but has now vanished without providing a quote, still less doing the work! Thankyou.
Ellinor M. replied:
This is a link for Stuart, who is very committed to the local area - http://www.sdbfencing.co.uk/
Does anyone know of someone who can put up a new fence or a good fencing company? Damn wind blew most of ours down!!
Stuart B. replied:
Thanks Melanie! Eugenia, this is my website link but I'm sure as is the case of most fencers, already booked up for January from Octobers storm , will be more than happy to have a look though http://www.sdbfencing.co.uk/
