  Need to find a Hardwood Flooring Pro with EXPERIENCE refinishing pine floors. The floors are in very good condition. Will need filler, sanding and two coats of oil-based poly. This is NOT a job for an all around handyman. Must have someone with knowledge and experience. Realize it can be a messy job but this is my personal residence so neatness counts.
