  My wife And I decided tonight that we need to go on a road trip, so.... Destination is the ozarks. Going to leave MN on September 3. If the weather is good, we can probably get most of not all the way down to Eureka Springs. We are looking for suggestions on where to stay, good places to eat and enjoy a beer or two in the evenings and of course routes that are recommended. Maybe eureka springs is not the best base, or stay there one night and move to another town? We are completely flexible. Thinking that we would spend Thursday Friday and part of Saturday in that area, then maybe follow the Mississippi back up to mn(is that worth it?). Thoughts ? All suggestions are welcome
