  Sharyn D. wrote: Pest Control and also Carpet Clean services were used. Pest Control did not address issues of ants, cockroaches or spiders as all were still evident in house in the three weeks following treatment. Fobbed off by "Dan" at first with "it takes time to kill the nest". Did get a return visit at no cost after request and complaint. The carpet clean was a shocker, performed by staff other than "Dan". Dan was contacted and he visited and inspected the still stained and grubby carpet that had been "cleaned" and offered to reclean the room where the pale carpet was and stains able to be identified. No offer to redo the dark carpeted areas that had also been serviced but where stains or grubby marks were difficult to demonstrate. We paid for a 5 bedroom house carpet clean and at inconvenience to remove lots of furniture for such a big cleaning job, it was poor customer service that we did not get 5 carpeted rooms cleaned, just wet and vacuumed. When pressed on this issue a future discount for future bookings was offered. Hmmm as if we would use this service provider again..... unlikely.

  The Cocky Man - in and out in my 2 bedroom unit in about 10 mins - excellent too because I have seen no traces of any bugs and I had an ant problem - all gone. Very good service ..m 0409 272 350 Termites and Carpet Cleaning done too.

  Yep call the Cockyman 0409272350 they came out to our place last year and found 2 dead rats in our roof. They stink really bad like road kill. I rang him at 6 pm and he was out at 7.30 the next day. Best 50 bucks I ever spent.
