  I would recommend getting at least two or three quotes 1-a local bank -CC5 2-from RMS (residential mortgage services-Eric Steenstra) 3. Lending Tree- Rocket Mtg is good. If you make less than $90,000 a year you’re going to qualify for first-time homebuyer‘s loans and they have several to choose from. If you have the right information you can actually not have to pay PMI which will save you a lot of money.
