ISO: a local baker or bakery that makes paleo or smart carb breads and cloud bread. Looking for good quality ingredients being used and no crap or fillers! TIA

Kimberly McCracken Towne, I am currently a gluten baker, but am working to convert to Paleo. Just found out I have allergies and have to eat paleo exclusively. Sooooo I have to change my bakery to that as well. I have a pretty good clientele so it's been a hard decision for me, but I am 3/4 of the way there! Just wrapping up some things like decorated cookies (that is a hard one). In the meantime, if you want to like my page that way you will get notifications of when I convert.
