Please Help! does any one know of a vet here in the Redding area that does pro-bono, low cost or have a payment plane? my wife's dog has been flapping his ears and there is gunk coming out. we have been cleaning them but it is not helping. we have $60.00 but I am sure the bill will be more. we don't get paid till the 30th. he REALLY need's to be seen by a vet. any help would be appreciated.
