  Hello Timberlaners past, present and future! I'm Phil, Head of Samac this year to those who don't know me. My self and Robbie 'Anson Minor' Raskin will be travelling through Israel and the UK before camp this Spring and we are looking for recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and couches to crash on. Also always happy to grab a pint! We arrive in the UK via Birmingham on May 27th and then head straight to Scotland for a few days. Robbie will be ditching me May 31st in Edinburgh and I will be travelling to Liverpool (June 1-2), Manchester (June 3-4) and the London area (June 5-14) on my own so let’s figure something out Additionally, if anyone has yet to figure out their flights and wants to hit up Iceland with me on the way to YYZ, I would be able to host for a few days prior to camp and drive you up!

In London there is an area called Elephant and Castle where I live and a hostel there which is always full of school groups etc and the woman who owns it is my neighbour (don't really know her well). It's meant to be fairly priced and it's a great location. http://www.restup.co.uk/findus There is a tube station nearby and buses which run from right outside which take you to all the touristy places etc. It also takes 25 mins to walk to the Houses of Parliament, London eye etc so worth a look XX
