  Looking for a contractor that could side the rental property we own. It is a mobile home. I have met with 3 contractors and only one has gotten back to us with a sketchy verbal estimate. I have been waiting 2 months on the other two. Larger outfits won't even look at it because the job is to small. 14x70 with entry. Any recommendations appreciated. Thanks.
