  I'm curious if anyone knows of a dentist that will accept medicaid or has a "sliding scale" plan. I have tried to go to Cherry street health with no luck..and I really need to get a tooth pulled. We are able to pay some either up front or on a payment plan, but I have no idea where to start.

  it was a couple years ago, but I took my (grown) son to: 933 3 Mile Rd NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49544 (616) 784-6300 There was a waiting list, but that might be because he didn't have an immediate need.
