  Janet K. wrote: Received a written and detailed Price quote from Big Fish in February 2018. At the same time, I secure 2 other quotes to better understand cost relating to installing a new residential roof. To my surprise, one quote was the same as Big Fish, the other $125.00 lower. Neither company put any numbers or detail in writing. So, since Big Fish did a 26 townhome complex in the immediate area, I was able to see their work, observe their efficient work style and thus concluded that Big Fish is the company I want to use for this job. 2 months later I contacted them and expressed interest for them to do the job but needed time to secure funding. They then gave me to October 2017 to maintain the original price quote. Well, on August 28, 2018 a team of employees came to my house at 8:00 am and started doing their jobs at 8:30 am and finished the entire job at 5:30 pm. No loud talking, no loud radio music, just a team of dedicated people doing a job without outside distractions. The material that was removed, was properly cleaned up and the new material was installed to my satisfaction. The following day 2 employees came buy for a review and inspection. They installed gutter guards and seal sprayed 2 plumber vents to enhance the roofs appearance. Special thanks to Jason (Supervisor) who answered dozens of questions I had over a 5 month period and his assistant Doug who did the final review to ensure a job well done. I highly recommend Big Fish as a roofing contractor to contact when you need to make a decision on this most important investment in your homes value. ( Pat Kealey) f fish
