  I have seen people talk about Garage Door Doctor. They have a web site www.mygaragedoordoctor.com. 704-705-8444. You get a $5 coupon if you like them on Facebook. I haven't used them so can't say if they are good or not. I have used Overhead Garage Door, but they are a little expensive.
