  Misty S. wrote: Worst experience ever. Do not see Dr. Ross. He is very loud and obnoxious. He left me waiting in the room for 40 min while he was singing loudly in the hallway and I was the only patient there. When he came in he was rude and dismissive and didn’t answer any of my questions or concerns. He was in the room for less than a minute before just leaving. I don’t know how they ended up on this list, but it was the reason I went there in the first place.
