  Looking for a contractor in the area for bids for 2 jobs - one is putting a patio out back with a roof over it (have existing deck) - concrete extending beyond the roofed area and second job is installing cabinets, island type area and making a cupboard in our dining room to turn it into useable space. I only want serious names of contractors who when called will call you back, actually come give you a bid and will get you on the schedule to start working. I also don't want a contractor who says job is too small for him and I also need references! Thank you!!!
