  Try calling David Brocholder. (440) 548-2377 or (440) 313-7230 (Don't worry about his area code, he will come to E. Liverpool.) The way he works is you buy the materials. He brings his crew in early in the morning (he's Amish), and most jobs they have finished by nightfall. He only charges for labor, and his driver (again, he's Amish). We've had him do several roofing jobs, and he's always given us a very fair price. Good luck!
