Upon arrival we checked in and then asked if he would like the Groupon now or after. ERIC "the receptionist " said I had to schedule the Groupon 24 hr in advance. I told him I had made the appointment DAYS AGO. He then told me he couldn't help me because it didn't say " GROUPON" next to my name. I told him I had I never saw anywhere on the Groupon where those were the instructions. He said well they are there somewhere and that we needed to leave after my husband said "are you kidding me" and asked for the owners contact info" . We went outside and I pulled up the GROUPON and NOWHERE did it say there need a 24 hr time prior for appointment or any special instruction for me to tell them to put my appointment as a GROUPON. Makes you wonder why it matters ??? I was already scheduled days in advance VERY ODD BEHAVIOR !!!! I then went back inside and asked him if he could point out anywhere on the Groupon where it said those specific instructions. He immediately screamed at me to get my phone away from him and that he was calling the cops. WHAT IN THE WORLD ??? So we went outside and waited for the cops because this guy has a few loose marbles and defffintly shouldn't be working with customers. We didn't do anything wrong and I had no problem responding to the complaint. I called GROUPONS and they CONFIRMED THAT THERE WAS NO SUCH SPECIAL DIRECTION and they should have accepted the GROUPON !! They apologized for this businesses behavior and refunded my money. This was a Valentine surprise for my husband. We own a business and have 5 kids at home. I am very disappointed I definitely could have used a day of relaxation or hour. I honestly have NEVER had someone scream at me and turn me away like that.
In search of a wholistic doctor that is affordable. I'm suffering from insomnia and the prescription meds make me feel horrible. Thanks in advance!
