  The currently situation persists despite the best efforts of Registered Dietician Sandra Hood, and The Vegan Society who have been talking to the manufacturers and to The Department of Health. It certainly is a priority for us. If an individual feels that this situation is discriminating against their vegan beliefs, we are happy to advise on how to proceed.   You can search for Sonett products on www.animalfreeshopper.com, some are vegan. In the UK, there are brands such as Clear Spring and Bio-D, but you'd likely have to buy these online.
