  Try Mike Curry with Century 21 in Fredericksburg. His number is (540) 809-9122. We sold our house with him, and LOVED him. Highly recommend Also, if you bank with USAA or Navy Fed, definitely go through their buyer program. They don't actually DO anything, but you provide feedback for a realtor they suggest (Mike is in their database; you should be able to request him). At the end of it, you walk away with a couple of hundred-a couple of thousand dollars just for "using their program." Totally awesome.
