STAY AWAY. He is a conman. He works with a guy named Jerry. He applies for a permit, get his first payment. He uses a loop hall in the system. Contractors have 5 days to pay the permit fee. You think he has the permit, but since he doesn’t pay the permit fee, your permit gets canceled. After he showed me the permit application, I called the city and checked if we had the permit, and the city clerk said everything was good. Then I made the payment. He later dodged my calls with some absurd excuses for 5 days like his mom suddenly dying, car troubles, etc. STAY AWAY.
I am looking for two recommendations - a local electrician for some simple switch repairs, and also a carpet installer. Thank you!

We always use Vinny Scannell (Medford) - he's the best electrician I've worked with (across three states and four homes!). Here's his number: (339) 221-0894
