  Granger is unincorporated, and therefore subject to the laws of St. Joseph County. According to the site I found: http://www.amlegal.com/nxt/gateway.dll/Indiana/stjosephco_in/stjosephcountyindianacodeofordinances?f=templates$fn=default.htm$3.0$vid=amlegal:stjosephco_in (Section 90.08) there is no prohibition as long as there is a secure enclosure, maintains sanitary conditions, and is a minimum of 50' from adjoining property.
