  I personally shop at Quartermaster, Metro, Organic Works and the Meatless Market. Best Places to go out to eat as a vegan are Veg Out, Organic Works vegan menu and Zen Gardens . Oh and I have not gone there yet but have been told that Sweet Lemon bakery is really good and they are all vegan :)
